KARBUFF is building a hands-on die-cast workshop program in Albuquerque centered on the experience first. The goal is to give beginners, couples, collectors, private groups and students a fun place to learn how die-cast cars are customized and create something of their own.
Date Night Workshops
Couples will be able to choose cars, customize them side by side and turn the process into a fun, creative date-night experience. No prior experience will be required.
Beginner Workshops
Beginner-friendly classes will introduce the customization process step by step, including paint, detailing, wheel options and assembly. The goal is to make the hobby approachable even for someone who has never customized a die-cast car before.
School & Student Group Experiences
We are planning age-appropriate group experiences for schools and students. These visits can introduce design, creativity, color choices and hands-on customization in a memorable field-trip style setting. Final age ranges, group sizes, safety requirements and scheduling will be announced before booking opens.
Private Groups, Clubs & Events
KARBUFF plans to offer scheduled experiences for families, friends, collector groups, clubs and other private groups that want to customize cars together.
Collector & Specialty Workshops
As the program grows, we plan to add focused sessions such as wheel swaps, detailing, paint techniques and other customization skills.
Keep Building After the Workshop
The workshop is the starting point. Customers who enjoy the experience and want to keep building will be able to return to the KARBUFF Custom Garage for open studio time, tools/equipment, ready-to-paint cars, supplies and project storage.
Ready-to-Paint Car + First Hour Included
Experienced builders will also be able to purchase a qualifying Ready-to-Paint Car from KARBUFF and receive the first hour of Custom Garage studio time included. If a build takes longer, additional studio time will be available.
Cars, Paint, Wheels & Supplies
KARBUFF will make the car, paint, primer, clear, wheels, decals and other customization supplies available in one place, with specialty tools and shared equipment available as part of the studio program.
Drying & Project Storage
Some builds need time between stages. Planned drying/project locker options will allow customers to leave a project safely and return to finish it later.
